Planned maintenance notification for online banking and the Bankwest App - 1 December

Our tech team have confirmed the details of our planned maintenance taking place on Saturday 1 December.

You can still use most features, but the following online banking services will be unavailable on Saturday from 11pm to midnight AWST:

  • Internal payments to and from your credit card
  • Putting a temporary or permanent hold on your credit card - please call us if your card is lost or stolen
  • Changing your credit card PIN
  • Activating your credit card
  • Updating your Qantas Frequent Flyer number
  • Credit card balance transfers
