We have planned maintenance and testing this Friday and Saturday night which will impact some of our services. Please see the details below.

The Bankwest App and online banking will be accessible but the following functionality will be unavailable:
PIN and TouchID Login for Mobile App: The App will still work, you'll just need to log in with your PAN and secure code instead. These are the same details you use to login to online banking. If you've forgotten your secure code, please click the 'reset your secure code' link on the login page for online banking BEFORE the maintenance period to reset it.
SMS Code: Some transactions won't be able to be processed such as; payments to new Pay AnyBody or BPAY® recipients, increasing your daily payment limit, international payments, accessing your contact details, and resetting your secure code.
Saturday 10:00pm - Sunday 2:00am WST
The Bankwest App and online banking will be unavailable.
Please ensure you prepare accordingly to ensure you're not left without access to funds.
