- PIN Login for Mobile App: The App will still work, you'll just need to log in with your PAN and secure code instead (see image below). These are the same details you use to login to online banking. If you've forgotten your secure code, please click the 'reset your secure code' link on the login page for online banking BEFORE the maintenance period to reset it.
- SMS Code: Some transactions won't be able to be processed such as; payments to new Pay AnyBody or BPAY® recipients, increasing your daily payment limit, international payments, accessing your contact details, and resetting your secure code.

Funny how when you join the bank queue the staff rush to tell you do deposit cash in the smart atm (that's been provided for our banking convenience).
Only problem is the Smart machine took my $3000 cash deposit and politly states "your cash has been retained - please call 131718".
Ummm "thats my bloody money!",
"Give it back!!"
OK, go to counter to explain the problem about a smart machine robbing money.
Sorry sir fill out a deposit dispute form and we should sort it out in 14 days!!
