NOTICE: Technical issue affecting some of our services

We're currently experiencing technical issues, impacting the following services:

 

- ATMs. Unavailable.
- EFTPOS. In some cases customers are able to make purchases but some limits may apply.
- Payments. These may be delayed for our customers
- Online banking. This is unavailable but is running a little bit slow. Some services may be unavailable as SMS Code is impacted.
- Bankwest App. You can login with your secure code (PIN/Fingerprint Login unavailable) however some services may be unavailable as SMS Code is not working.

 

We're investigating this as a top priority and will continue to keep our customers updated via the Bankwest Facebook page and Bankwest website.

 

All customer funds and data are secure.

 

We apologise for the inconvenience this may be causing.

We can confirm that our systems are in the process of returning to normal after experiencing a technical issue which impacted some customer services.

 

Bankwest ATMs, EFTPOS and phone banking are operating normally.

 

The Bankwest App and online banking continue to be available for customers however, a limited number of payments may be delayed for a short time.

 

Some transactions with our tellers in store are unavailable.

 

Home loan applicants are not able to access the home loan tracker currently.

 

We apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused and confirm all customers funds and data are secure.

Bankwest can confirm that our systems have returned to normal after a technical issue impacted some customer services.

The Bankwest App, online banking, ATMs, EFTPOS and phone banking are operating normally and our tellers in store are available.

Payments are now being processed as normal.
