Hi @leonmarsh, generally a re-issued statement should take 3-5 business days, so it sounds like something may have gone wrong here. For security reasons I can't access or discuss any account information over the forum, so I'm unable to see what's happened. Thats OK. I finally got them after two weeks.
I realized the manager couldnt be bothered so I had to go through a different manager.
It seems to be the culture of bankwest.

Have noticed that my monthly bonus credit amount which i have been receiving has ceased for Nov and Dec.
No notice of this was given to me so that i could reconsider my deposit.
Can you explain what has happened

However I can let you know that the Smart eSasver is designed to reward you for not making withdrawals, the standard variable rate of 0.01% p.a. applies each month you make a withdrawal. If you haven't made any withdrawals from the account and would like us to look into this please give us a call on 13 176 19, so we can identify you and look into this further.
