Hi,

I requested copies of my term deposit statements and was told they would be posted to me. 11 days later I still havent recieved them. (And I was asked why I lost my originals). How long does it normally take?

Also why cant they be emailed to me like NAB does?

Hi @leonmarsh, generally a re-issued statement should take 3-5 business days, so it sounds like something may have gone wrong here. For security reasons I can't access or discuss any account information over the forum, so I'm unable to see what's happened. If you can please give us a call on 13 17 19, we can look into this further. Thanks ^Lynds

Thats OK. I finally got them after two weeks.

I realized the manager couldnt be bothered so I had to go through a different manager.

It seems to be the culture of bankwest.

Have noticed that my monthly bonus credit amount which i have been receiving has ceased for Nov and Dec.

No notice of this was given to me so that i could reconsider my deposit.

Can you explain what has happened

Hi @Duddw, for security reasons we can't access or discuss any personal account information via the forum, so I can't see what's happened here. However I can let you know that the Smart eSasver is designed to reward you for not making withdrawals, the standard variable rate of 0.01% p.a. applies each month you make a withdrawal. If you haven't made any withdrawals from the account and would like us to look into this please give us a call on 13 176 19, so we can identify you and look into this further.
