I am trying to transfer funds from my Telenet Saver account but it’s not showing up in the pull-down menu where I usually select the account to transfer funds from. Is it because the Telenet Saver is not linked to any account?

Hey Poppy, to transfer from the Telenet Saver you'll need to select the 'Linked account transfer' option from the 'Make a payment' screen. I hope this helps!
