Hi, Good day to you. I would like to enquire on how I can reset my secure code overseas in Singapore. I no longer hold the phone number that was initially registered and thus, my purpose to login was to amend that. My account is a joint HeroSaver. Appreciate if you could advise me accordingly. Thank you.

It sounds like we will need to speak with you so that we can identify you verbally - if you're unable to login to your Online Banking or reset your Secure Code yourself, our Contact Centre can help you. They're available 24/7 on +61 8 9449 2840 using a landline, mobile or Skype - please note that standard international call/Skype rates will apply. Otherwise, you can call +61 13 17 18 using a landline to request a reverse charges call through the operator.
