Hi @LAURENTIA, thanks for contacting us in regards to this. How the term deposit can be accessed will depend on the type of account it is - ie an Online TD or a Gold TD and if the term deposit is in it's 'grace period'. Via the forum I am unable to view your specific account type, however if you can login to Online Banking and select the "Chat Now" button at the bottom of your screen on a computer, or alternatively call our Help Centre on 13 17 19, we can look into this for you and advise how to proceed. Sir, I am living in Singapore. I had asked to renew the GTD on 20 January 2017. But I have not received the renewed Certificate. Can the bank send me the latest GTD certificate to the next mature date and the amount. My GTD account No: xxx-xxx xxxxxxx.
