Hello i would to ask how i renew or make changes in my gold term deposit ? Do i need to go the stores or can i do it online or can i change to other type of term deposit for example gold term deposit to online term deposit?

Hi @LAURENTIA, thanks for contacting us in regards to this. How the term deposit can be accessed will depend on the type of account it is - ie an Online TD or a Gold TD and if the term deposit is in it's 'grace period'. Via the forum I am unable to view your specific account type, however if you can login to Online Banking and select the "Chat Now" button at the bottom of your screen on a computer, or alternatively call our Help Centre on 13 17 19, we can look into this for you and advise how to proceed.
