Hi @Amandatonkin, I'm sorry to hear this.
For security purposes it would be best to place a temporary hold on the card in question, to ensure that if it has been used without your knowledge or consent, nothing further can be debited.
I'm not sure if you are aware, but if you have one of the most updated versions of the Bankwest Mobile App, you can now place a temporary hold on your card via the "Manage" tab of the account once you have selected it from the list. This is a relatively new feature, so it is only available on the most recent versions of the app.
We'd then suggest you select "Message us Now" (PC) or "Ask Us" (Mobile App) within your Online Banking and discuss this with a consultant at any time. They will then be able to take a look at the transaction in more detail, and discuss the dispute process with you.
