For security reasons I can't view or provide any personal information via the Forum, however this would generally occur if your "Resident In" status is not listed as Australia. Our Contact Centre can certainly take a look at what is happening for you, by calling 13 17 19 between 8am - 8pm your local time, 7 days a week. Alternatively, you can login to Online Banking from a PC and select the "Chat to us Now" button on your screen between 7am – 6pm AWST Monday – Friday for assistance.
