My dormant account

I opened an account in 2005. I sent in the documents and deposited cash. I need to know if the account exists under my name. I need to access my account. I wish to telegraphic transfer AUD$ 10 000 from my Singapore account to my bankwest account. If my account is dormant, how do I re-activate it or how do I re-open or open a new account from Singapore, what documents must I get verified by the australian embassy to send to you? Kindly email to me at and give me the website address of the contact form as I cannot find it and it is urgent.

Hi @Dy2014now, for secuirty reasons we can't access or discuss personal account information via the forum or email so we would need to speak with you over the phone to assist with this.

You can call us from overseas on +61 8 9486 4130.
