Hi @Cheza, great question.
If you're registered with SMS Code security, you will be able to update this within your Online Banking via the "My Details and Security > My Details" tab. If not, then you'd just need to call our Contact Centre on 13 17 19 between 8am - 8pm your local time, 7 days a week
