Is there any way to undo a withdrawal from my Hero Saver account? It is frustratingly the default "from account" when making payments and I've just lost a significant amount of bonus interest by unintentianlly making a payment from this account; incredibly frustrating!

Hi @artvandelay, thanks for your enquiry. You will be able to transfer the funds back into your Hero Saver account, once they reach the receiving account. When processing a transfer, no default account is listed, as each time you will need to select the debiting account from the drop down menu in your Online Banking, or, select the sending account within the Mobile App, prior to creating the transfer. For security reasons we can't identify you via the Forum to view your account, however if you would like to discuss this further, you can login to Online Banking from a PC and select the "Chat Now" button at the bottom of your screen between 7am – 6pm AWST Monday – Friday for assistance with this. Alternatively, you can call our Contact Centre on 13 17 19 between 8am - 8pm your local time, 7 days a week. Thank you.
