Is there a limit to how much can be withdrawn at one time ?

There's nothing I can find @lilbil in the Product Disclosure Statement for the Hero Saver which suggests there's a maximum single withdrawal limit for this account.


If you're looking to make a significantly large cash withdrawal in-branch however, it's always a good idea to make contact with the branch a couple of days in advance. This helps ensure they have enough cash for your withdrawal without inconveinencing other customers.

Hi @lilbil, you can withdraw the full available balance from the account, however as @thewinchester mentioned, it's best to give us a call 48 hours prior so we can arrange for the store to have the funds on hand for your withdrawal.
