Hey @Captain50 , generally statements are set to issue every 6 months from the date of account opening.
You can change this at any time, by logging in to your Online Banking and selecting "Ask Us" via the Mobile App menu or "Message us Now" from a PC. Otherwise, you can give our Contact Centre a call on 13 17 19 - both services are available 24/7.
