If you've not already provided the bank this information, you'll either need to visit a Store, or call Customer Service on 13 17 19 - and they'll update those details for you.

Hi @Margol, You'll only need to lodge your Tax File Number with us once, so if you have previously provided this for another account it would be saved under your customer file and automatically applied to new accounts.
Both of the options given by @thewinchester are correct, however if you are sure you have never provided us with your Tax File Number you can also add this in Online Banking by selecting "My details & security" from the left hand menu, and then selecting "My details".
