Credit card fraud

I reported the fraud, got a new card, then filled in a form and submitted it to a bankwest branch over two weeks ago and still javehhad no emails, call backs or any contact at all!! I was told once I submitted form to wait around two bussinessdays and would receive a call from bankwest to say form recieved and fraud case opened. DissapointedDwith service and unsure what happens nexy

Hi Sham, thanks for contacting us in regards to this. Can I ask who it was that told you to expect a call? Generally we post you a letter to advise that the investigation has begun.

Whilst we can't access or discuss any personal account information over the forum - I'd like to make sure that this is looked into as a priority. If you have access to online banking, please log in via a computer and select "message us now" so that our online team can look into this ASAP. Thanks!
