Closing Term Deposit

We have a Term Desposit for an Association and a normal Cheque Account which is 2 to sign.

It is due on 18th April and want to transfer the funds to the Cheque account rather than renewing it.

Is it enough for 2 or the signatories to come to the bank some time before the 18th to get this done?

How soon before the 18th April can we do this? E.g, can we come before the 5th to request the change?

Thank you,

Hey Mark, great question. You can contact us at any time up until the 7th day of the grace period to make any changes to the deposit. If it is two to sign, two parties will need to attend the branch together with photo ID.
