Hi @valc20, if the account number you have sent the funds to doesn't exist the funds will generally bounce back to your account within 1-3 business days, however if you're unsure of this it's best to call our contact centre as soon as you can on 13 17 19, so they look into this and advise you of your options to recall the funds.

I am 75 living on our pension and been with bankwest for years until now as I made a mistake while transfering money I had 2 account one a Hero savers The other a Hero transaction I transfers $1900.46 into theHero savers instead of the hero transaction within 5 mins I transferd it out of the hero savers Now I am told because of this I do not get any interest for that month I rely on this to help pay my bills where is the loyalty ?
I hope they can live with there selves I am taking tablets for Depresion Heart pills and pain killers so my mental state is not as clear as it should be
