when i try to access my online banking the screen wont load at all. i have tried to access my online banking via the mobile app as well as via a computer and neither have been loading.

Hi @zarajahyne, thanks for contacting us in regards to this, I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Are you with Telstra as your mobile provider? I ask because we've had some reports from customers using Telstra that they can't access the Bankwest App. We're investigating this at the moment and I'm happy to update you once we have more info.
