Hi @HBee, great question.
You can view eStatements for a closed account in your Online Banking, using both the Mobile App or the Full Site. All you need to do is select "eStatements > Closed Accounts" from the menu options.
If you're unable to see the account listed, it's best to speak with our Contact Centre to confirm that the account was registered prior to closure. You can login to Online Banking from a PC and select the "Message us Now" button on your screen 24/7 for assistance, or you can call 13 17 19
