In the past I have requested closed accounts to be hidden from e-statements as the accounts have been closed and the PDF has been saved. Today I was told that this was not possible and is not allowed. Yet in the past staff members have hidden my accounts for me. Why is there such an inconsistency in what people can do and not do? Who can I talk to get this done?

@LyndsC just letting you know I have now spoken to Peter B who had no problem with my request. He unregistered me for the closed account which removed it from e statements. It is good to know you have some good staff members who are willing to help.
