Good afternoon. I have recently refinanced with Bankwest but do not have a debit or credt card with you. I have been given a PAN number but am yet to receive a secure code. Please advise how I can access on line banking.

Hey @Ken, sure thing!
Your Secure Code is usually texted or posted to you around the same time your PAN is issued - so if you haven't received this we'd ask that you give our Contact Centre a call on 13 17 19 so that they can follow up. They're available 24/7 for your convenience
