Hey @victoriakeighran, if you need to update your address details, you can do so via the "My Details and Security" tab of your Online Banking. Just make sure you have your registered Australian mobile handy, as an SMS is required to complete the process.
Otherwise, you can speak with a consultant to change this, by logging into your Online Banking and selecting "Ask Us" via the Mobile App, or "Message us Now" from a PC, or by calling our Contact Centre on 13 17 19. Both services are available 24/7 for your convenience.
