cannot login to account overseas and cant call

i am overseas and have been locked out of the app and my account

i tried to call bankwest on watsapp but says not registered

i registered for email notification before leaving but this is not happening 

i do not have my sim card i bought another sim card from uk but canot call australia

 

please advise how to reset password without acess to app account or your os ohone number
