can't login online banking and can't reset secure code

Hi,

 

Today I tried login my mortgage offset account but failed. It said "pan and key mismatch".

 

And I tried to reset secure code online but it requires a bankwest debit/credit card but I have cancelled all of them years ago.

 

Called the service number, waited for 15 minutes can't get served.

 

Please suggest what to do. Thanks

Hey @dg_bkw , sorry to hear you're having some trouble with your Online Banking.
You'll need card details to reset your Secure Code yourself - if you no longer have an account with card access we'll need to verbally identify you for security reasons - so we'd ask that you call our Contact Centre on 13 17 19. They're available 24/7 to help you with this. I do apologise if there is a wait time, though we're unable to action this here for you.

I once had a similar problem, but now everything is working, I hope that the developers have fixed it.
