I have tried clearing cookies and two different servers but an application error keeps coming up.
If I can't access my online banking option it is useless to me and I will have to consider changing banks.

I have tried firefox and microsoft edge. I have cleared the cookies for both I have ckeared the histories and added the website to allow for pop ups and still the same application error message!

I have now tried to reset my code but now the system won't even sms a new code to me. It s asking me to phone the 1300 number!
I have a disability and talking on the telephone is an issue, this is why I picked Bankwest as they have open branches close to were I live. I am now going to have to go into a branch to get this sorted out. I am very unhappy and sick and tired of this crap. I should not be kept from my own account, I left Westpac for the same reason!

I'm sorry you feel this way @NATEC, if the SMS code isn't working we would need to speak with you over the phone on 13 17 19 for security reasons, or in person at a branch.
