can not log in??

Why can i not log into my online banking, telling me p/w not valid???

Hi @tammin8 - sorry to hear you've not been able to log in with your current password.


If you're registered for SMS code you can quickly reset your secure code online. Simply click on ' Reset your secure code ' on the online banking login page and have the following ready:

  1. Your PAN
  2. The mobile phone that you registered for SMS code
  3. Answers to your secret questions

Your new secure code must be at least 8 characters long and use a combination of letters and numbers.

Resetting your secure code is only available through the desktop online banking page.
