acknowledgement of a disputed transaction

Hi, I called to dispute a transaction and was advised to email the form (which I have done). I then faxed the form as I have no way of knowing if it was actually received as I haven’t had any receipt of acknowledgement that my form has reached the right area.

 

Form was sent on 2 Jan 19, how do I know it has been received or actioned at BankWest?

Hi @Johnk1, I'm sorry to hear you've not yet received a reply from your transaction dispute form and can appreciate this is concerning. 

Please give us a call on 13 17 19 so we can look into this further for you. I'm unable to view your accounts via the Forum I'm sorry.
