hi im just having accessing my online secure code because i cant get to my account again i dont know why it keep doing like that

Hi @clueclue5, I'm sorry to hear this. If your Secure Code is not recognised, and you're registered for SMS code you can quickly reset this online. This is available via the login page of your Online Banking - you'll just need the below information:
- Your personal access number (PAN)
- The mobile phone that you registered for SMS Code
- Answers to your secret questions
