Hi @dinshn21, thanks for contacting us in regards to this. While we can't access or make changes to your accounts via the forum, we can certainly assist with this via our online messaging service. You can access messaging by logging into online banking and selecting "Message us now!" from the right hand of the screen, or by selecting "Ask us" from the bottom of the menu in our app.
