I am unable to access online banking as I keep getting a message to say that my PAN and secure code don't match. I am certain of the correctness of both of these, however i tried to reset my secure code but did not receive the SMS so was unable to proceed. I am overseas at the moment but have been receiving other SMS messages.
Are you able to advise what my next step is?
In addition, I am now getting a message to say that there have been too many log-in attempts and I should either phone or "contact a master user". I am not phoning from Spain, and have no idea what a 'master user' is, or how I go about contacting one.
I simply want to view my e-statements.
