I've had a transfer sent to me from a different bank, it was sent over 5 business days ago and I haven't received it. I've had transfers sent to me from this account regularly with no issues, usually getting within 3 or so days. The account details are definitely right, any reason I haven't thought of as to why it's taking longer?

Hi @Sarahkb, we process funds to customers accounts on the same business day that we receive them from the other bank, so if the funds are not yet in your account, this would mean we have not yet received them. It would be best for the person to sent the funds to check with their bank as to why the funds have not yet arrived. Thanks
