I recently changed over to e-statements for my Credit card. I now cannot find transaction listings for that account; it does not appear on my list of accounts (Account Balances), nor in Transaction Search, Tax Information or the "Nicknames" section under the Account Information tab... it does appear in e-statements
My wife can still see transactions listed on HER PAN, but we cannot print statements from that PAN as she is the additional card holder and we were told that I, as the primary card holder was the only one who could access the e-statements using my PAN. So we are in the ridiculous position of having to use her PAN to see current (since the last statement) transactions and MY PAN to print the statement when it is due - meaning I have to check my previously unused PAN all the time. Should have just paid the $1.25 per month for the paper statement!
How do I add this account to the Account Balances list, at least?

Hi @stefandonna, I'm sorry to hear of the issue you are having. It sounds like the account may have been de-linked from your PAN, however via the Forum I wouldn't be able to view your details to clarify. If you can login to Online Banking, you can select the "Chat Now" button at the bottom of your screen between 7am – 6pm AWST Monday – Friday for assistance with this. Alternatively you can call our Contact Centre on 13 17 19 between 8am - 8pm your local time 7 days a week, to have this looked into. Thanks ^Danae
