I'd like to see how I can help @runtuwarouw. I assume you mean the 'secure code' when you try to login to online banking. If so, just click the 'reset your secure code online' link below that text box and you'll be taken through the process of resetting it by providing your PAN, an SMS code (sent to the mobile number you registered with), and the answers to your secret questions.
If you don't have SMS code setup you'll need to speak with us over the phone for security reasons. Let me know how you go trying it online.
