User access Priviledges - online help states that you need to go to Advanced Payment/Transfer Priviledges - what do you do if the account holder/owner does not have this option when they log in, therefore cannot give access to someone else ?

Hi @EK, thanks for your enquiry. It sounds like you may be referring to Online Business Banking. If this is the case, it would be best to speak with our Business Support Team. They can be contacted on 137 000 between 6am – 6pm AWST Monday – Friday, or 6am – 2pm AWST on Saturdays. If this is not related to OBB, please let me know so that I can look into this further.
