Hi @rachel1974, we'd need to lodge a transactaioon dispute so we can look into this. If you can give us a call on 13 17 19, we  can discuss your options.

Hi @Jsb, thanks for your enquiry.

Whilst we don't have a centralised email address, if preferred you will be able to forward the info through BankMail, via the "Message Centre" tab of your Online Banking. It will be received by our email team, and responded to within 1 - 2 business days.

Alternatively, you can either fax the form to 1300 765 515, post it to PO Box E237, Perth WA 6841, or you can drop it into your closest Bankwest store.

I hope this helps.

Hi @Rahul, I'm sorry to hear this.

For security purposes it would be best to place a temporary hold on the card used, to ensure that if it has been used without your knowledge or consent, nothing further can be debited.

I'm not sure if you are aware, but if you have one of the most updated versions of the Bankwest Mobile App, you can now place a temporary hold on your card via the "Manage" tab of the account once you have selected it from the list. This is a relatively new feature, so it is only available on the most recent versions of the app.

Via the Forum we're unable to view your account(s), though you can login to Online Banking and select "Message us Now" from a PC, or "Ask Us" via the Mobile App to discuss this with a consultant. Otherwise, you can call our Contact Centre on 13 17 19 - both services are available 24/7 to help you.

They will then be able to take a look at the transaction in more detail, and discuss the dispute process with you if required.

I hope this helps.
