URGENT ASSISTANCE REQUIRED
I am a migration agent who has a Client Account with BankWest which I use to hold money from clients (in trust) and then once I have completed an agreed block of work, I transfer the funds from said account to a different account to signify that work has been completed.
This morning I logged on and found a specific transaction which I did not process and hence not authorise.
I pay my credit card through the BPAY facility on a monthly basis and have never scheduled automatic debits since opening my account as I prefer manually processing payments myself as part of my processes. Furthermore payments to credit card are through my Operating Account and not through this Client Account.
Appreciate your urgent assistance on the matter. Please advise me on appropriate steps to be taken.
