Every 2 months I have to enter a new recipient into my BPAY for the Water Corporation (Biller Code) 8805. Their biller code does not change but it will not save as a recipient even though I tick the box on each entry. I did ring Bankwest and received a non committal unsatisfactory answer. The biller code does not change so why can't this be saved? It is frustrating to know the facility exists but will not work for this biller...

Hi @rustey, thanks for your enquiry.
The Water Corp have made the decision to not be able to save their details, as the Reference Number pertains to a residential address, and not a customer name. If the details are saved and a customer moves, their Reference Number will change, which is why they do not allow their details to be saved.

Thanks for that - I will take it up with the Water Corp, as this same issue must be experienced by other service providers and yet they have no issue.
