Type of SMS BW sends

Hi guys,

 

Slightly different question, but I have a particular setup for my phone system (VoIP PABX essentially) and can't seem to receive SMS security texts from Bankwest.

 

Can you tell me if Bankwest is using shortcodes to send the security SMS texts? I have a feeling my VoIP provider can't accept these for some reason.

Hey @shaftzy, sorry I've taken so long to reply, just wanted to check this with our Web Team. They've advised that our SMS messages should appear from "Bankwest" and we don't use shortcuts.
