Does bankwest have any plans to allow people to opt in to a time based pin system like google authenticator?

Hi ralf, I have checked with our digital team - If you're using the latest version of the Bankwest App, and have registered for PIN or Touch ID those authentication methods use 'rolling key step-up' which is more secure than SMS authentication.

To answer your question, that isn't currently in the works given the above method of authentication.

I hope this helps!
