I want to transfer a large amount into my superannuation account and have been provided with Bpay information but the branch says Bpay can't be used for that large amount and given me an option of a bank cheque or international transfer. Is that right - the transfer can't be done with Bpay?

Hi @redwallis, thanks for your enquiry. Whilst the maximum limit that you can transfer within your Online Banking via BPAY is up to $20,000 per day, if you have a joint account, each party can transfer this amount. We do offer alternative payment methods to help with larger transfers, which you can view via this link. Hope this helps!

It doesnt help the customer at all. Surely moving large amounts of Super would be a daily occurance. Whay arn't there other options beside paying $35 for a Real Time Gross Settlement.

Hi @marktaubert, if you're needing to transfer large amounts of super on a daily basis, you may find that Online Business Banking (OBB) may better suit your needs, as this allows much higher daily limits. However this service may have fees applicable so it would be best to speak with our business specialists on 13 7000 to see if this would suit you. Thanks.
