Hi , I have just noticed money coming out of my account for the last couple of weeks. I never authorised this and needing to put a stop to it ASAP please. It’s by money 3 and is a $50 transaction . I would also like my overdrawn fees returned also

Whilst we can certainly take a look at what is happening, we would need to be able to identify you, which we can't do via the Forum I'm sorry. You can login to Online Banking from a PC and select the "Chat to us Now" button on your screen between 7am – 6pm AWST Monday – Friday for assistance in real time, or you can call our Contact Centre on 13 17 19 at any time for this type of enquiry.
From there we can view your account and look further into what has happened, cancel the card (if required) and dispute any unauthorised transactions.
