Once received, our Chargebacks Team endeavour to resolve the dispute within eight weeks As these disputes require us to liaise with other financial institutions and merchants, we need to allow reasonable time for the other party to respond.

Sorry it's not a dispute! I recieved an email from Bank west that they will discontinue my access, and be deleted from their server!!!? they want me to fill out an online form ?! I think it is a scam ?!
