Trace on transaction

Hi there, 

I performed a transaction on my account back on 11/1/2019 - the account is now closed.

The other party is now stating that after completing a search on their history, they have not received the payment. 

How can I check exactly where the funds went?

Hey Mike, we can certainly attempt a trace on the funds for you. 
If you can log in to Online Banking and select "Ask Us" via the Mobile App menu or "Message us Now" from a PC, our Online Team would be happy to take a look at this. Alternatively, you can give us a call on 13 17 19 - both services are available 24/7 for your convenience.
