Firstly, can you please change my username to Nolz?
Secondly, when I signed up earlier this morning for the forum, the message said that I would receive an email to verify my account. Despite requesting a resend after about 10 minutes, I still haven’t received it after at least 30 mins.
Finally, and my reason for joining this forum, I am having the same problem as the user who posted previously that they were having trouble with BPay View. Unfortunately no solution was posted.
I’m using an IPad Air 2 and, can’t return to BankWest from the “view Full Bill” screen. There is no option to go back or return to the BW website, only to logout.

Hi @1136163, thanks for getting in touch.
Firstly, once you've logged in to the Forum, in the top right corner of the page you'll see your username in a small orange box. If you click on the arrow and select "My Settings" - then select the "Personal Profile" tab - you'll be able to amend your username.
I'm sorry to hear you haven't yet received your verification email. It's best to check your Junk/SPAM folders, especially if you have not saved Bankwest as a trusted sender. You should also confirm that your email address is correctly listed, which can be done using the same "Personal Profile" tab as above.
Lastly, when making a BPAY View payment from the full site on a mobile device, a new tab will automatically open. Once done with the payment, you can exit out of the screen, without logging out completely. If this isn't the case, you can also opt to "Open in new tab" by holding down the BPAY View option. Appreciate your feedback on this though, and I will pass this on.
