I have a 2 kids bonus saver accounts and Bankwest has now started to deduct TAX FILE NUMBER TAX on 1 of the accounts even though you have had my tax file number since 2008 WHY?  This has never happened before? I have another 7 accounts NO TAX FILE NUMBER TAX on any of those. The bank is not interested helping me and passed the buck on to the tax office? Why? Bankwest had made a mistake and do not want to own up to it.

A Very bad and unprofessional and arrogant way to treat your customers.
