I am getting the error "Your request was submitted with an error - your payment instructions cannot be processed due to insufficient funds".
I have $19K in account, and trying to direct despoit $5K??

Hi @Dwatt23, thanks for contactng us in regards to this. Can I ask what type of account you're trying to transfer from, and if it is an internal payment you're making or a pay anybody? Thanks

I am having the same problem "Your request was submitted with an error
Sorry, your payment cannot be processed due to insufficient funds, holds or conditions on your account"
trying to transfer from my MASTERCARD PLATINUM to another bank account. I am using the Pay Anybody option. ANy help would be greatly appreciated.
