Sub accounts

Hi

I note that questions regarding the availability of sub accounts was raised in 2016. I was wondering if a sub account facility has been reconsidered by the bank in 2018? Sub accounts are a great tool that assists customers with budgeting. I am aware that other banking providers offer sub accounts as a feature of their products.

Hi @BarbieD, sub accounts are not currently something we offer. If this changes we will make sure to let all of our customers know. Thanks

+1 for this request, would make managing my money a whole lot easier, without the need for paying a heap of extra fees and butting up against T&C limits on the number of specific products.

Thanks for your response. As Bankwest doesn't appear to have plans anytime soon to provide sub account facilities; I have opened an account with sub account facilities with another bank.

Hi BarbieD,

We hate to see you leave us over this feature request, but appreciate you giving us the chance to look at your feedback and respond.

I'll ensure we pass your commentary around sub accounts through to our developers as we did previously.

Thanks again.

Hi

You have misunderstood my post. I have opened an account with sub account facility at another bank but I did not indicate I was leaving Bankwest.

Cheers
