Hi, I have looked at the white signature panel on the back of my Student Edge Card but there is no 3 digit number. What can I do to find it?

Hi @Blyth_Max224, thanks for getting in touch.
It sounds like you may have a standard Debit Card, rather than a Debit Mastercard. The Debit Mastercard will have a 3 digit CVV number on the back and the Mastercard logo on the front. If you're aged 16 years or older, and have an Australian postal address recorded with us, you can order a Debit Mastercard via your Online Banking Smiley Happy To do this please login and select 'Self Service'>'Forms' from your left hand side menu. Then select 'Debit Mastercard Request' and complete the steps.

I hope this helps!

If your question was answered, select 'Accept as Solution' to make it easier for others to find.

Hey @Isaac56 as above, if you have a standard debit card (without a chip) you won't have a CVV and as such, won't be able to use the card for online or international purchases.

If you want to use your account online or overseas, you'll need to request a Debit Mastercard via the steps provided above.
